In this manga, you can see two small children(perhaps the ones from the Man Eater manga) looking at and maybe touching Malfong, Undead King's Legacy. After that, Malfong, Undead King's Legacy appears to be doing something unexpected as you can see Undead King start to stand from the throne that he was shackled to.
Another interpretation is that Undead King is "dead" and not responding to outside stimuli, however upon the innocent children touching the sword, it brings the King back to "life".
